Terms and Conditions of Sale

Warranty

All products supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, either 6/12/24 months depending on the manufacturer and purchased item. The warranty period commences from date of invoice. Linktech cannot be liable for any defects arising from fair wear and tear, physical damage, liquid ingression or damage and or interference by the customer or any third party. Linktech reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace goods if (a) full payment for the goods has not been made (b) the manufacturer refuses to accept the repairs/replacements under warranty for whatever reason.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount at Linktech Radio Sales. We will make every effort to make sure that you are happy with the products that you purchase from us. Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted as a return and a refund issued. Refunds will be issued in 2-4 weeks from receipt of your verified return.

All products must be in the original packaging.
No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
Products must be in a new and unused condition.
Products with engraving cannot be returned.

Return Period

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) from Linktech.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Labor, delivery, and/or completed installation services
Earpieces – Due to hygiene reasons, Earpieces & Headsets are non-refundable. We advise you to check with our sales team on the compatibility of our equipment before purchasing.
Digital Content (e.g., software Licenses)
Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
Courier / Shipping Charges

Linktech Radio Sales reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.

Defective items

If you receive a defective item from us, we will collaborate with the manufacturer of that item to replace it using the standard warranty procedures of that manufacturer.

Property

Ownership of Products shall not pass to you until:

You have paid us for the products in full, and
No other sums are then outstanding from you to us on any account, whether or not such sums have become due for payment.
